Considerable progress has been made since the snow....

The picture above shows the shuttering is complete and facilitating the second level pour of concrete which, you may just be able to see in the photo below, is two thirds complete. Morrison Construction hope to complete the second layer today (Tuesday) and pour the top layer on Friday.
